Magic Sunrise Hawaii provides sunrise experience services, including but not limited to:

• Guided sunrise tours and experiences
• Photography sessions during sunrise hours
• Meditation and wellness sunrise experiences
• Private and group sunrise experiences
• Educational content about Hawaiian sunrises and time

All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

3. Booking & Reservations

Booking Process

Reservations can be made through our website contact form or by phone. All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required to secure your reservation
• We accept major credit cards and PayPal
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of booking. Please review all details carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

• 48+ hours before experience: Full refund
• 24-48 hours before experience: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund

Weather Cancellations

If weather conditions make the experience unsafe or significantly diminish the experience quality, we may cancel or reschedule. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Our Cancellations

If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree to:

• Respect other participants and our guides
• Follow all safety instructions and guidelines
• Respect the natural environment and leave no trace
• Arrive on time for scheduled experiences
• Inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your participation

Insurance

We strongly recommend that you carry appropriate travel and health insurance. Magic Sunrise Hawaii does not provide insurance coverage for participants.
